What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Love every customer that walks through the door, sends an email, or calls about buying a car.
  • Learn about your customers; small details can make a big difference.
  • Support customers in choosing the right new or used car to meet their needs and help us achieve our targets.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers updated via videos and check-ins.
  • Hand over the keys and delight in their experience of that ‘new car’ smell.

Here’s the legal bit… FCA: We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. This role includes FCA regulated activities, so you will complete an FCA questionnaire during recruitment. You will need to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs, or bankruptcy. We review all declarations and conduct credit checks, but they may not disqualify you from employment.
