The Responsibilities:
- Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise.
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives; be accountable for meeting sales results and KPIs.
- Passionate about the industry and trends.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge through brand and store information, education materials, and training.
- Proactively engage with clients to build customer loyalty.
- Inform clients about new ranges, products, and in-store events.
