Are you ready to elevate your career as a Senior HR Advisor in our TUI Airline business? We are seeking a confident and seasoned HR professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, employee-relations-focused environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong industrial relations within our Cabin Crew unionised setting, supporting the development and implementation of TUI’s People Plan, and driving strategic HR initiatives to achieve business success.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues for Cabin Crew, including grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management, and safety concerns, working to minimise risk and drive a commercial outcome.
- Lead or support union consultations and negotiations, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and employment legislation.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement and embed elements of the People Plan, aligning people strategies with wider organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Base Managers, building their capability in people management and industrial relations, maintaining legislative knowledge and communicating this to managers.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyse workforce trends, identify issues, and develop proactive HR solutions.
- Support change management initiatives, including restructures, redeployments, and TUPE processes where applicable.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are legally compliant and reflect current best practice and develop them where necessary.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with trade union representatives.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong focus on employee relations in a unionised environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and its practical / pragmatic application.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in handling complex and sensitive HR cases with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a volume caseload while balancing key project activities.
- Passionate about self-development, CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working with Unions would be helpful.
