About the Role: You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 1037 team. Provide clinical support for the London Home Oxygen Service and surrounding areas. Support Baywater Healthcare’s Long-Term Condition services. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Maintaining a robust, reliable, patient-centred Home Care Service for Home Oxygen Therapy.
  • Listening to patients and NHS stakeholders where issues arise and working with the central team to swiftly resolve.
  • Safeguarding of both adult and paediatric patients and their carers.
  • Support additional wider clinical contracts including CPAP, Nebulisers, Telehealth.
  • Share clinical knowledge about clinical conditions that service users experience, to enable Baywater Healthcare compassion in practice in all organisational areas.
