Temporary Office Services Assistant

Ryder Reid are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Office Services Assistant for one of our high-rolling international law firm clients on a temporary basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations. It is imperative applicants for this role have prior supervisory experience in facilities or office services.

The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining office and stationary supplies.
• Handling and distributing incoming post.
• Respond to general maintenance requests.
• Assist with office moves.
• Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
• Occasionally assist with reception duties.

Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and be able to multi-task efficiently and work effectively in a team.

You must be available immediately for this position and have experience within a law firm or professional services in office services!
