We have been established for over 30 years and are an expanding business with a worldwide client base. We are looking for a Junior Fabric Tech to join a small, fast paced and friendly Fabric team.
Role:
- Support the senior Fabric Team in managing client accounts
- Supporting on Fabric reports and fabric testing
- Communicating with fabric mills where required
- Accurately input information onto the systems
- Support the Fabric Team on all aspects of data entry and admin
- Support with customers test critical paths
- Work closely with the internal teams
- Constantly striving to find efficient ways to make sure all data entry is completed on time
- Chasing and follow up on any booking test issues
- General team administration
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the value end retail fashion industry
- Data entry experience
- Textile degree or equivalent
- Preferable to have technical and commercial fabric knowledge/experience
- Excellent systems knowledge, excel and online portals
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
- Can do attitude
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Reliable, flexible and good at working within a fast pace team
- Self-motivated, proactive and the ability to take the initiative and respond quickly to change.
