The Restoration Technician performs production processes to fulfil the service needs of restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of equipment and vehicles. Primary Responsibilities:- Perform production processes, demolition, and labour tasks.
- Inventory and load equipment, supplies, and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment appearance.
- Prepare work areas, set up staging, and equipment for projects.
- Follow safety and risk management guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Perform cleanup and breakdown at job completion, leaving the site clean and organized.
- Effective communication skills, basic math, and computer skills.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive lifting.
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and travel locally or out of state as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Pay Rate: Starts at $20/hour, with potential for overtime and merit-based increases.
