Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:

Ensure customer service agreements are exceeded through proactive resource allocation and service delivery.

Sales Enablement:
Use data to identify sales opportunities, develop strategy, and convert leads into business, particularly in service-related offerings.
Customer Relationship Management:

Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience; formal sales qualification (e.g., ISMM) preferred or in progress.
Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace security.
Proven telesales experience and ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of the materials handling industry; familiarity with our client\’s products and services is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
