A respected professional membership organisation is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to oversee governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery Oversee governance, risk management, and financial planning Support strategic initiatives alongside the CEO and senior leadership team Manage stakeholder engagement, including members, volunteers, and industry representatives About You Experience in membership organisations or professional institutions Strong leadership, governance, and financial management expertise Excellent communication and strategic planning skills Educated to degree level (in engineering preferred) This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen operational excellence across the organisation.
