LB Design Recruitment is partnering with a RIBA Chartered Practice that proudly holds Passivhaus accreditation. The practice specialises in designing and delivering high-quality, bespoke homes in the local area, with a focus on sustainable and thoughtful architecture. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented and creative Residential Architect to join their progressive, design-led team based in Newbury.
About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Architect with at least 2 years of post-Part III experience, ideally within the private residential sector. You will be involved across all RIBA work stages, taking a lead role on projects and working closely with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and contractors.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong design portfolio with a focus on private residential projects
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable managing projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is desirable
- An interest in interior design and sustainable architecture is a bonus
