We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst in our fast-growing Private Markets platform team. The team consists of specialists in Business Analysis, Business Architecture and Project Management working in the Private Markets Operations department. The team's focus is the execution of strategic initiatives, replacement and introduction of new tools and platforms and design of new scalable solutions to serve our clients' needs:
- Play an active part in the definition and implementation of the target operating model for our growing private credit platform;
- Design, re-engineer and document key business processes with different stakeholders on business and IT side;
- Conduct requirement analysis and detailed gap assessments on a wide range of topics across the company;
- Write test cases, organize and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Support in project management activities, such as organizing workshops with SMEs, overseeing IT delivery, preparing status reports and resource & work planning;
- Define and present conceptual approaches (orally and in writing), prepare solution options and required decisions, and document results;
- Closely work with IT counterparts to bridge between business and technology teams;
- Train business users on rolled-out tools, push for adoption and support the entire change management process.
Requirements
- You have a university degree or equivalent in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology or similar;
- You have already worked for 3+ years as Business Analyst in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a similar hands-on role at the interface between Business and IT;
- You like working on your own initiative, but also as a team in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- You have the ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity and accuracy;
- In the past you proved strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions as well as process information quickly;
- You get satisfaction by constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English, German is a plus.
