ABA Supervisor Full-time, permanent role Salary: £37,438-46,914 Hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 4:30pm Location: Maidenhead About the role: Working in an innovative educational setting dedicated to 122 pupils with complex needs associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders for ages 4-16 years. Incorporating a carefully designed in-house FBS curriculum based on the Science of Behaviour, academic and accredited curricula, and Preparation for Adulthood outcomes, it\’s a unique setting for advanced and early learners alike. The school pride themselves on their multi-disciplinary approach to learning with an emphasis on tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of each pupil. The school embrace each child\’s unique journey through Applied Behaviour Analysis, guided by a profound respect for their individuality, strengths, and the distinct stages of their development. What\’s in it for you as a ABA Supervisor: Ongoing support and supervision by Behaviour Analysts on our leadership team Regular collaboration with a team of BCBAs and BCaBAs Collaboration with Speech and Occupational Therapists, in addition to other specialists (Art, Drama, and Music therapists) Crisis Management training Approximately 13 weeks off per year Tuition and CEU support Opportunities for supervision hours for people working towards BCBA and BCaBA accreditation are provided.
