MLC Partners are recruiting for a Permanent Corporate and Capital Finance Manager with a leading UK Care Home developer. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to take ownership of capital accounting, project finance, and treasury operations for a fast-growing care home group with an ambitious UK development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CapEx reporting and financial oversight of care home developments
  • Lead cash flow forecasting, loan drawdowns, and treasury management
  • Support strategic investment appraisals, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Deliver accurate group reporting in line with IFRS/UK GAAP
  • Work closely with project, legal, and development teams to track financial performance

  • Qualified accountant with strong capital/project accounting experience
  • Confident managing treasury operations and multi-entity group reporting
  • Sector experience in real estate, healthcare, or construction is desirable
