This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to take ownership of capital accounting, project finance, and treasury operations for a fast-growing care home group with an ambitious UK development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CapEx reporting and financial oversight of care home developments
- Lead cash flow forecasting, loan drawdowns, and treasury management
- Support strategic investment appraisals, budgeting, and financial planning
- Deliver accurate group reporting in line with IFRS/UK GAAP
- Work closely with project, legal, and development teams to track financial performance
