The Person:
- This opportunity is suited to an individual who is passionate about providing a consultative search style approach to their candidates.
- You will need come from a Temp/Contract background but seeking an opportunity to work in highly consultative style with mid – senior level appointments.
- This would suit someone from a Research or candidate manager role, who is a natural networker, intellectually curious, engaging, who can think creatively and work at pace.

The Role:
- Opportunity to work in their very established Contract /Interim Team of 9.
- Your remit is a 180 candidate focused role, related to the research and sourcing of individuals for Contract/Interim work.
- Working with a selection of clients from Investment Banks, Consultancies, Private Equity firms, Consumer organisations.
- You will be responsible for sourcing mid – senior level candidates across the Strategy, Consulting and Transformation market.
- Day rates are typically £500 – £1200.
- This role requires someone very self-motivated, proactive, who understand how to network and build relationships.
- You will need to gain referrals, attend events, utilise linked in and build a pipeline/network.
- Working as part of a team, on roles from day one, you will need to be a confident communicator, it’s all hands-on deck.
- You will liaise with Sales Team, who take the client brief and present back the short list to the client with a detailed summary.
- You will be given a full induction, including shadowing colleagues and training for your first few weeks.
- This is a great opportunity for a Researcher or Candidate Manager looking to take that next step towards a Search methodology and work in partnership with their candidates.
