The Fish Shop Restaurant in Ballater is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen brigade. Part of a small team, you will be responsible for a section of the Kitchen ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to the restaurant. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will support the creation, development and maintenance of an inspiring recipe book using the very best of local and national natural resources and ingredients.
Proven experience (working with fresh fish) in a similar role is required. You must have a strong work ethic, a creative flair, and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow.
