We are seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to join our Puma project based in Hull.
Responsibilities:- Identify planned work requiring Temporary Works in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project/construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule Temporary Work activities to meet project timelines.
- Ensure discipline supervisors are aware of and understand Temporary Works requirements.
- Liaise with the Temporary Works designer to ensure designs are suitable, sufficient, and fit for purpose.
- Ensure all temporary works comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues related to temporary works.
- Implement an inspection regime for temporary works.
- Maintain a Temporary Works Register and files, including designs, risk assessments, calculations, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to align on project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Keep the Work Pack Manager informed of progress and issues.
- Attend daily coordination meetings and other relevant meetings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills within a large project team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Navisworks 2024.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet client deadlines.
