We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client's team at a well-established food packing site in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided - no previous experience in food production is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
- Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).
This is a rotational shift Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
- Competitive pay starting at GBP12.25 per hour with weekly or monthly pay options.
- Full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
- Opportunities for progression and skill development - potential to train in other areas of production or supervisory roles.
- Company-provided uniform and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be comfortable working in food environments, as this is essential to the role.
- A basic level of English is required to understand safety instructions and production processes.
