We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join a PE backed company based just outside of Chipping Norton. The person for this position will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading a team of at least two.
As the FP&A Manager you will lead the financial planning and analysis processes for this fast-growing group of companies, overseeing key deliverables such as the annual budget process, rolling forecasting, long term financial planning and commercial business partnering.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the FP&A function, managing a team of analysts.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior management, developing and implementing a company-wide financial planning and analysis process.
- Develop and maintain a rolling forecast model to support business strategy alongside providing analysis and recommendations on business performance and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement financial plans.
- Proven experience as a FP&A Manager or Senior FP&A Accountant within a PE backed business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis tools with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
