IT Talent is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to support global Salesforce CRM delivery within a large-scale, cross-functional environment. You will work across multiple agile teams to turn business requirements into smart, scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Capture and define detailed business requirements
- Map AS-IS/TO-BE processes and write functional specs
- Lead workshops and user story creation
- Collaborate with Dev and QA teams through delivery and UAT
- Support backlog prioritisation, risk management, and escalations
- Provide guidance to end users and champions
- Maintain documentation: use cases, functional/business requirements
What we’re looking for:
