Our Developmental Services Division is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder living in supported residential settings. You will provide case management and wraparound services to individuals from age 18 through end of life. Your role is to promote healthy, safe, and engaged lives by connecting residents with resources, coordinating care, and encouraging community participation. Collaboration with support teams is essential to ensure personalized, holistic care. We are looking for someone who: Thrives in a collaborative environment Communicates clearly and effectively Is organized and manages time well Has empathy and a nonjudgmental approach Understands residential care settings Is passionate about helping others Having a personal and reliable vehicle is required for travel.
