How you'll make an impact

You’ll lead a team of engineers, supporting them in delivering high-quality, resilient software through strong engineering and delivery practices. You’ll foster a healthy, sustainable working environment, ensure clear communication and feedback loops, and empower your team to grow their skills and achieve their goals. Your focus will be on driving engineering excellence and supporting both team performance and individual development.
