Key Responsibilities Manage editorial and publishing responsibilities for key titles and authors, overseeing projects from acquisition to publication. Develop strong relationships with authors and collaborate with the editorial team. Assist with commissioning and manuscript assessment. Drive publishing processes, including editing, cover copy, and market research. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates have solid editorial experience, excellent manuscript and author management skills, and a good understanding of the UK Christian scene. Qualifications and Skills Experience or certification in Christian theology. Knowledge of UK and US Christian communities, sales channels, and experience working with high-profile authors.
