As a Support Engineer, you will be able to find and solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business and have a passion for solving problems. Our IT Support Engineers are integral members of our team and are involved in influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. You will have:
- Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP environment (Essential)
- Experience in working to SLAβs
- Experience of supporting multi-site clients
- 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential
- A valid UK Driving License
Desirable experience/qualifications:
- Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.)
- Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)

- Office 365 / O365
- Citrix and Hyper-V
- Hand-held device support
- Windows Server
- Active Directory / AD
