The ideal candidate for the role of Learning Support Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with young people, be confident, committed and calm. This Learning Support Assistant role in Windsor may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
This Learning Support Assistant role will give you essential experience and training, working with children who need that extra support and care to progress.
£90-95 per day, Full time 8:30am-4pm.
