We are seeking an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor. This role involves building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and developing relationships within our trusted network and clientele. A passion for travel and inspiring others to realize their travel dreams are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support in writing emails to clients
  • Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
  • Correspond with suppliers to coordinate curated travel arrangements
  • Create and maintain client travel documents and invoices
  • Arrange travel for clients including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation at the lowest fares using preferred vendors
  • Assist team members with ticket/itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and travel credits

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
  • Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge
  • A passion for travel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines
  • Multilingual abilities are highly regarded
