The Role:
- Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus
- Location: Widnes
- Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7, including weekends
- Program Length: Typically 12 months
- Must have a full UK driving licence
What will you be doing?
- The program runs for approximately twelve months with flexible learning modules
- Upon successful completion, you will advance to a Sales Executive role earning £40,000 OTE
- Support from a previous Trainee Sales Executive as your buddy
- Shadow experienced Sales Executives and receive feedback
- Experience various departments on-site, including Customer & Preparation
- Visit other stores to share best practices
- Participate in regular knowledge quizzes with peers
