We're working with a forward-thinking education provider in West Yorkshire who is currently recruiting for an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their team. They're open to candidates with industry experience looking to transition into teaching - full training and development support is provided.

The Role

  • Deliver and assess Level 2, Level 3 and T-Level Electrical Installation qualifications
  • Teach both practical and theory sessions in well-equipped, industry-standard workshops
  • Support learners' progress, retention and achievement
  • Develop engaging learning materials and schemes of work
  • Contribute to a collaborative and learner-focused team

What You'll Need

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. 2365, 2330, 2357 etc.)
  • Hands-on industry experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Desirable (or willingness to work towards):
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
  • Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent)
  • IQA Level 4
  • Level 5 Teaching qualification
