Apprenticeship Overview:

• Salary:12.03 an hour
• Working Week:Monday to Friday 9 am till 5:30 pm
• Hours:36.25 hours per week
• Duration: 23 months
• Level 3 MultiChannel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification
• Online training supported by our dedicated tutors
• Location: 3M Centre Cain Road Bracknell Berkshire RG12 8HT

Full vacancy description:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research for consumers and trade partners to improve brand performance and channel execution.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media management and content creation.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
• Support execution of multiple customer and trade event for the Home Improvement Teams
• Administer and support merchandising excellence for HI customers
• Be the key support to the Home Improvement team on daily tasks from organising couriers managing
• stock replenishment to raising purchase orders for invoicing & payments.

Specific vacancy requirements:

• Strong interest in consumer products marketing retail and or business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus but not essential
• Willingness to adapt to incoming role requirements and changes in work priorities throughout the week
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to draw insights and conclusions from data to identify and support growth opportunities
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills: excel skills are essential knowledge of other MS Office applications.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 MultiChannel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification

Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentices needs the frequency of these sessions may vary.
