Role Overview
As a Scheduler/Coordinator, you will be a key contact for external contractors and suppliers. Your responsibilities include providing daily administrative support, liaising with trades teams, raising job requests, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Key Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email and phone.
- Accurately raise work orders and request completed tasks.
- Raise purchase orders and facilitate invoice approvals.
- Schedule work, liaising with customers, contractors, and trades teams.
- Engage with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates, emphasizing excellent customer service, especially where legal implications are involved.
- Resolve customer queries related to contractor work.
- Raise issues related to invoices or work claims with relevant parties.
- Create reports for management.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
