Job Description Sustainability Co-ordinator Field Based Full-time Permanent We are recruiting for a Sustainability Co-ordinator to join our team at Muller UK. In this role, you will manage data collection, validation, analysis, and generate insights to support sustainability initiatives. You will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of programs. This position is suitable for graduates. Main Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Team, including raising purchase orders (POs), organizing events, and monitoring action logs and project control books. Support sustainability training events, including managing records, logistics, and preparing materials. Collect, check, and validate data for reporting requirements (e.g., carbon, energy, water, waste). Input data into relevant platforms for reporting submissions. Verify data across platforms to ensure consistency, investigate anomalies. Analyze data, summarize key outputs, and highlight performance trends. Produce insights and presentation materials to inform business activities. Coordinate ISO14001 system audits across sites. Administer ISO14001 EMS documentation, including updates and process mapping. Implement and manage document control systems. Perform other related tasks as required. Key Requirements Keen interest in data handling and analysis, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Experience with environmental/sustainability data and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI). Familiarity with industry reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Manufacture 2030, Sedex, Ecovadis). Understanding of process mapping and project management principles. IEMA Foundation Certificate or NEBOSH Certificate preferred. Experience in food, drinks, or manufacturing industries is desirable. ISO14001 EMS training is a plus.
