The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Creative Arts to lead and manage the curriculum area and be an active member of the School Management Group (SMG). The Curriculum Manager, along with other SMG members, is responsible for effectively applying College procedures such as target-setting, progress review calendars, and ensuring all curriculum delivery is of high quality.
The role involves driving growth, managing curriculum changes, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, and acting as a Safeguarding Officer for the School, particularly at the Creative Industries Centre site. This position requires a high level of competence in College systems and thorough knowledge of College policies and procedures.
Qualifications for the role include:
- A degree or equivalent in an applicable subject
- A management qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A teaching qualification
The candidate should have a proven track record of curriculum development, improvement, and management, along with effective leadership and staff management skills. The successful candidate will be eligible for salary increases based on the annual cost of living review.
