What We’re Looking For

Our client, a US-based immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Law Paralegal to support attorneys in preparing and filing complex business immigration petitions. This role plays a key part in managing O-1 extraordinary ability visas and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, from initial consultation to filing.
  • Gather and analyze supporting documentation, such as academic credentials and professional achievements.
  • Draft detailed support letters, petition narratives, and legal briefs under attorney supervision.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the process.
  • Assist with additional business immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, and employment-based green card petitions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law, with expertise in O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions.

Strong knowledge of USCIS regulations and current immigration policies.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with H-1B, L-1, and employment-based green card petitions.
  • Prior experience working with clients in technology, sciences, or arts sectors.
  • Familiarity with premium processing procedures and digital documentation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field is preferred but not required.
