Position Overview: We are currently seeking individuals to lead our centre's academic team and oversee the academic aspects of our programmes this summer.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree and DELTA or DipTESOL or equivalent
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous summer school and management experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain aspects of English language clearly
- Strong organizational skills
- Team leadership and motivation abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a busy environment
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to obtain a valid DBS
- Minimum age of 18
- Availability to work 48 hours per week during the last week of June and all of July, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to live and work on-site with provided accommodation and full board
