We are seeking an Information Systems Representative to join our dynamic team at our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, working with hardware, software, networks, and systems to ensure seamless operation supporting daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for IT and helpdesk issues to Lutron’s global team members, both remote and in-person.
- Resolve support calls efficiently using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment.
- Address software issues, including Windows OS, Office 365, mobile devices, and video conferencing applications.
- Collaborate with the global PCHD & IT team to resolve escalated issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Assist in maintaining IT assets, including installation, configuration, and decommissioning of IT equipment.
- Set up new hardware and software, ensuring network connectivity.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance procedures and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.1.
- Experience in end-user PC helpdesk support.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems and networks.
- Understanding of PC hardware and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
