You will be the Senior Video Editor, responsible for creating premium content for The Fellas Studios most dedicated viewers. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of editors, providing guidance, support whilst building a strong core unit that consistently delivers high-quality content across the business. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with various producers to create weekly content, meeting deadlines while optimising workflow as we expand. We primarily use Adobe software, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, and you’ll be expected to work seamlessly between these platforms to produce highly engaging videos. Additionally, you’ll support your team in maintaining the same standard of quality in their work. About The Fellas Studios Fellas Studios is a cutting-edge video podcast studio where ideas flourish, stories captivate, and voices resonate. We are at the epicentre of creativity, driving thought leadership and innovation through the medium of video podcasting. Main Duties & Responsibilities Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos and clips for various Fellas Studios shows to engage the audience and drive subscriber growth. Collaborate with Content Leads and Producers to plan and edit innovative videos. Support and work closely with your team of editors to ensure the Fellas Studios brand maintains consistency and high quality across all videos. Content Innovation: Contribute creative ideas for new video formats, segments, and content strategies to keep the audience engaged and subscribed. Suggest new ways to retain current subscribers while attracting new ones. Work with the team to create both short-form and long-form video content for all social platforms. Respond to feedback from producers and talent. Continuously aim to understand and refine the tone of the shows. Ensure impeccable grammar and punctuation in subtitles. Meet deadlines and engagement targets while staying organised with media management across multiple projects. Elevate the editorial quality of our videos by consistently developing and improving them to enhance engagement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills. Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong understanding of online culture and brands relevant to The Fellas Studios. Previous experience managing a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
