Join an established Health & Risk Consulting team that works collaboratively and flexibly. We are expanding due to growth and seek a Large Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home or from our offices in Leeds, Manchester, or Edinburgh.

What the day will look like:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on Group Risk and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure service excellence, renewal, retention, and new business opportunities.
  • Review clients’ employee benefits requirements, analyze results, and recommend enhancements or services.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to expand services and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure client profitability and grow revenue in line with targets.
  • Maintain technical knowledge through training and professional development.
  • Adhere to Aon UK policies and participate in risk management and compliance activities.
