As a member of our retail leadership team, on a day-to-day basis (but not limited to) you will:
- Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
- Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
- Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
- Create a strong safety mindset with a commitment to creating a culture of safety within your team
- Recruit, onboard and induct high calibre new Team Members
