Our business has grown in recent years, so we are looking to expand our team and are looking for an office administrator to join us.
Job Description & Responsibilities
The applicant should report directly to the sales director. They should be well-organised, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent grammar, communication, and administrative skills. Good phone and email communication with our clients is essential.
· Support the sales director and finance coordinator with administrative tasks.
· Register new projects with our manufacturers.
· Provide clients with quotations in a timely manner
· Loading orders and placing them with our suppliers.
· Keeping clients updated on delivery ETAs.
· Liaising with our suppliers to keep on top of backorders.
· Transferring projects from sales to our operations and projects team.
· Managing our in-house client renewals for licenses.
· General office organisation, phone answering, keeping a well-organised office, booking cleaners and other services when required, ordering office supplies.
