I am excited to be working with our client, a big-name within the insurance sector who are looking to hire an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team. Our client has an amazing work culture and are keen to hire individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow their career.

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join immediately! You will be responsible for delivering in-depth support on a service desk. You will collaborate with various teams to provide support to resolve numerous hardware and software incident requests.
