Duties of Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Matching purchase orders to delivery notes and purchase invoices
- Coding and inputting of all purchase invoices
- Reconciling invoices to supplier statements
- Producing regular payment lists
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Petty cash handling and reconciling
- Assist with credit control when required
Essential:
- Have solid experience working in a similar role
