IT Team Leader
Ciphr has a new opportunity for an IT Team Leader, responsible for ensuring that all Ciphr employees have the appropriate IT equipment and technical assistance available to them to perform their job roles. You’ll ensure that all items raised with the IT Support Team, or as directed by the IT Manager, are responded to and resolved within agreed SLAs. You will be joining an organisation where you will work with a team that is goal driven and people focused.

Location: This role is hybrid, with approximately 2 out of 5 days a week in the Reading office.
The role will involve:
- Responding to and resolving tickets in accordance with the agreed SLA
- Build, maintain and repair all Ciphr laptops, workstations and servers to a professional high standard
- Resolve and report on any issues or potential issues with Ciphr network and office infrastructure
- Provide regular checks and associated logs of all defined Ciphr key systems for performance including but not limited to security, patch/version management and backup integrity
- Keep accurate records within tickets of all communication, troubleshooting and resolution to all issues raised in the Technical Operations ticketing system
- Manage any IT Support Analysts & support their work and development in these objectives

And we would like you to have the following skills:
- Be passionate about user support
- Have great interpersonal skills over telephone/email/face to face
- Be analytically minded and have strong troubleshooting skills
- Install/maintain Microsoft Operating systems
- Have a desire to learn software/technologies quickly and the ability to train users on these to an appropriate level
- Have the ability to explain complex technical issues in terms appropriate to the audience it is being delivered to
- Have experience in Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration, deployment and support
- Be experienced in Microsoft Endpoint Management deployment and maintenance
- Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration/Development experience

- Maintain company and building IT infrastructure with reliability and performance
- Maintain accurate and up to date backups and documentation regarding all key internal IT systems
- Be a key resource of IT knowledge to staff regarding systems operations, capability, and maintenance
- Manage and maximise the potential of any IT Analysts working as part of the team, as well as maximising their own potential in personal development
