Senior Client Manager
As a Senior Client Manager at Luminous, your role involves overseeing the creative and technical processes for larger, complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will foster strong client relationships, gain a deep understanding of their objectives, and work collaboratively to deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be the primary client liaison, leading presentations, updating on project progress, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery:
- Manage projects internally and externally, schedule meetings, and support design and production teams.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring actions from client feedback are implemented.
- Prepare necessary information for meetings and ensure team members are well-prepared.
- Client Engagement:
- Lead client meetings, provide daily or weekly status reports, and advise on next steps.
- Strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs and promoting Luminous services.
- Manage external suppliers, including briefing and budget management.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain schedules, estimates, and invoices for all clients and ensure project profitability.
- Keep up-to-date on all deliverables and manage out-of-scope work.
- Book studio time and purchase external resources as needed.
- Beyond Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed targets, win new clients, and enhance team efficiencies.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them reach their career goals.
