The role involves handling customer requests, quotations, orders, and communication, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery and professional service. This position is based in Warwick, RI and is fully on-site. Responsibilities Communicate with customers about products, prices, lead-times, order status, and delivery. Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers. Enter data for orders and acknowledgments. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Order pre-materials, including production orders and requisitions. Track inventory and address excess or aged stock. Review sales orders for accuracy. Calculate costs, margins, and conversion rates. Coordinate contract implementation and liaise with other departments. Manage credit and debit notes as needed. Qualifications Some college or equivalent; Bachelor\’s preferred. 3+ years in sales, customer service, or related fields. Understanding of sales and manufacturing industries preferred. Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office. Strong data entry, calculation skills, and English proficiency. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and communicate professionally.
