The successful candidate will work as part of the team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and will proactively generate sales leads through collaboration with account management, business development, and marketing functions. A broad understanding of hosting solutions, including platforms, servers, storage, security, and networks, is desirable. The candidate will work on brands such as SimplyHosting.com, SimplyHosting.cloud, Catalyst2, UKDedicated, and GURU, engaging with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and expand our service portfolio. Key Responsibilities Engage with existing and potential customers via phone Upsell and cross-sell products and services Serve as the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring suitable product fit Understand client needs and proactively expand service offerings Required Skills and Experience Confident telephone manner Experience in sales with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of industry products or technology is advantageous Key Competencies Creativity and proactivity Clear communication skills Attention to detail Self-motivation, discipline, organization, and good time management Working Hours The standard hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
