This position requires a dedicated professional who is well-versed in all aspects of painting and decorating, including gloss, emulsion, and preparation work. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various properties, making attention to detail and quality workmanship essential for this role.

• Valid CSCS card is mandatory.
• Extensive experience as a Painter is required.
• Proficient in all aspects of painting, including gloss and emulsion finishes.
• Must possess a full painting tool kit, including brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls).
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in painting and decorating is desirable.
