Responsibilities:
- Diary coordination
- Minute taking, dissemination and ensuring sign-off of minutes.
- Following up of actions out of meetings and sharing updates on status.
- Supporting production and distribution of meeting packs.
- Coordinate desk booking/manage hot desking.
- Distributing comms.
- Support delivery of social and charity events.
