Solicitor or Equivalent (Clinical Negligence Grade A/B β Southport) Role: Solicitor or Equivalent (Clinical Negligence Grade A/B) Location: Southport / Hybrid As a Senior Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and progressing cases with a high level of autonomy and expertise. Your responsibilities will include handling allocated cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that each is conducted with a proactive and commercially focused approach. You will correspond regularly with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to provide clear, informed guidance and maintain strong, supportive relationships. Your experience and leadership will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes, driving the teamβs success, and upholding our commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law. You will be joining a quality, experienced, and growing team of Clinical Negligence lawyers, several of whom hold accreditations such as from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
