This leadership position provides the opportunity to support various water resources projects, including municipal and transportation drainage, subdivision and floodplain mapping, inundation analysis, and drainage systems.

Your Role
Let’s discuss how your skills, experience, goals, and passions align with JLR. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the water resources practice—stormwater and wastewater modelling—including training, coaching, and skill development within the team; expanding the client base and business opportunities; and consulting on project and proposal needs.
- Collaborating with the Innovation Department to adopt new technologies and modelling platforms.
- Engaging throughout project stages—from definition, planning, design, to construction—recognizing opportunities and understanding client needs.
- Utilizing advanced stormwater management software (e.g., PCSWMM, XPSWMM, HEC-RAS, HY8) to develop innovative solutions from master planning to detailed design and construction.
- Designing hydraulic structures such as ponds, spillways, ditches, weirs, basins, and culverts with detailed drawings.
- Working closely with other leaders to optimize staff assignments for efficient project delivery.
