About us: Storyteller is a high-growth B2B SaaS platform that allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Our end-to-end platform provides a best-in-class Stories experience with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support. We work with globally-recognized clients in the US TV and Sports industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects and building strong client relationships during integration.
  • Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Leading client onboarding calls, defining specifications, and guiding integrations.
  • Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines using project management tools.
  • Maintaining transparent communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes.
  • Reviewing client integrations to ensure they meet specifications and addressing issues.
  • Running CMS training sessions to ensure effective platform use.
  • Identifying and addressing problems proactively with potential solutions.
  • Managing post-launch support and ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on tech and content projects.
  • Contributing to process improvements and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic grades.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and recent advancements.
  • Proactive, taking initiative and ownership.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience communicating directly with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
