As a Senior Business Consultant you will be part of Telus’ customer experience excellence team to ensure the optimal delivery of EMEA projects in Trade Promotional Management (TPM) solutions. This is a client facing role where the individual will be involved in the project from initiation to completion, duties including requirement scoping and capture, solution design and configuration, documentation, introducing best practice where appropriate and supporting the client through UAT and Go-live until handed over to support.

Here's how this role has the following main areas of focus:

  • Lead large, complex projects or multi-market programs
  • Understanding of consumer goods businesses and their processes
  • Can consult to improve processes and best practice use of the solution
  • Running discovery and configuration workshops to capture client requirements and documenting decisions and design using Telus templates
  • Configuration of the Telus TPM modules via the UI
  • Support the global technical services team in interface design and testing
  • Ensure the quality of the solution delivered through internal testing and evaluation against the configuration design
  • Support clients through user acceptance testing and triage any issues or bugs
  • Delivering “train the trainer” training to client super users
  • Supporting go-live / cut over activities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and motivations.

This role does not have management responsibility for any staff members.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK. National & International travel may be required.
